• Orders placed late Friday, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard ground shipping: around 4–5 business days
• 2-day express shipping: typically 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

• United States: free shipping on orders over $65 USD
• International orders: free shipping on orders over $175 USD

Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments will be calculated during checkout when possible.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical domestic shipping options include:

• 2-day express shipping: starting at approximately $16.50 USD

International shipping rates will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery address.

Flowever proudly ships to customers worldwide, reaching over 100 countries. International deliveries typically take up to 15 business days, depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs procedures.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to international logistics and customs inspections.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Flowever does not control or predict these fees.

For security reasons, our customer support team cannot directly modify payment or billing information associated with an order.
