Flowever SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program description

Flowever offers a recurring mobile message program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Flowever at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include product announcements, promotions, order and cart reminders, and other marketing content.

How to opt in

You may join the Program by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a Flowever sign-up form, or by providing your number and consenting at checkout. Consent is never pre-checked and is obtained separately from any email consent.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2 to 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Flowever does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Availability may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our SMS platform provider, is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you requested, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
